We recently had our basement renovated and are very happy with Martin and his team of professionals that worked in our home. He was so respectful of our home and went above and beyond from start to finish cleaning up everyday and the communication during the project was also excellent. We would definitely recommend and would use his services again in the future! Thank you Martin!!

I'm so glad that I have chosen Grand Project Contracting to finish my basement (open living space, 3 piece bathroom and a complete kitchen). The result is everything I've expected and more. Martin has been great....completely upfront, honest and totally reliable (a rare thing in the current climate IMO). With his high level of experience and meticulous, organized approach in everything he does, he's made the experience practically stress-free for me. I can't recommend Martin and his GPC team highly enough and would definitely choose his team again for any future project.

We couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with Grand Project Contracting to finish our basement. Right from the initial quote, Martin was personable, knowledgeable and truly listened to our overall vision.

Once the renovation started, Martin and his entire team treated our home like their own – they were all incredibly professional and kept the area clean and tidy throughout the process. The frequent communication with Martin was very appreciated – he always kept us updated, answered our many questions and gave us honest advice when we needed it.

Not only was our basement finished on time and within budget, the quality of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail are very evident. The result is a beautifully transformed space that we will enjoy for years to come. We would highly recommend Grand Project Contracting and would not hesitate to work with Martin again for future projects!
