Basement Project Details
Aziz contacted us when he was looking to create a space where their parents can live when visiting and kids can hang out and entertain with friends. We finished their unused basement space into a professionally finished basement apartment.
This spacious open concept basement finishing project consist of:
a beautiful open concept family/ entertainment area where the family can play pool, or the drums, or just relax and watch some TV.
a TV niche with stone facade, built in sound system, built in cabinets to hide all the electronic devices
a full size kitchen (we didn’t install the backspalsh tiles as the homeowner wanted to do it himself and we understand the pride that comes by being able to say “I did that”). This
a two piece powder room
a 3 piece full bathroom with a well sized glass shower
an extra room that can be uses either for a guess bedroom or a home office.
Really this basement is fully equipped and it can be used as a place for parents, or your kids who don’t want to leave the home yet.
